Pest Control Service Terms in Texas

Last Updated: 10/25/2026

What Our Pest Control Work Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Texas Pest Pros provides the pest control services described in the estimate, service agreement, or work order you approve. The documents identify the service location, target pest, planned treatment or other work, and any preparation or access needed from you.

Work not listed, including repairs, sealing entry points, wildlife removal, cleanup, or treatment for a different pest, requires a separate agreement. We do not promise that pests will never return unless a written agreement expressly says so.

We use pesticides only in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, product registration, and approved label directions. Work is subject to applicable Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1951 and Texas Administrative Code Title 4, Chapter 7 requirements, including Texas Department of Agriculture licensing rules.

Customers must follow label-based reentry and safety instructions. Pesticide containers must be handled or disposed of as their labels and applicable EPA requirements direct.

Other agencies, including TCEQ, DSHS, or USDA APHIS, may have relevant authority for particular issues.

Booking, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Texas Pest Pros. We will confirm the planned service, arrival window, address, and any preparation or access instructions.

Please provide accurate contact and property details and ensure an adult can provide access when needed. If you need to cancel or change a visit, contact us as soon as possible using the details in your service confirmation.

Any cancellation fee or notice deadline applies only if it was disclosed and agreed to before booking.

Weather, unsafe conditions, access problems, or other circumstances may require us to reschedule; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange another time. The estimate or work order governs the approved scope.

If inspection reveals that different work, products, or additional time may be needed, we will explain the proposed change and obtain your approval before proceeding. You may decline added work, though that may limit the service we can complete during the visit.

Written Estimates and Payment for Approved Work

An estimate describes the work and charges Texas Pest Pros expects for the conditions and information available at the time. It is not a promise to perform work beyond the listed scope.

If an inspection or a change in conditions affects the proposed work, we will explain the difference and request approval for any revised scope or charge before doing the additional work. Ask us to clarify an estimate before accepting it if any item is unclear.

The estimate, service agreement, or invoice will state the payment amount and due date. Payment is due as stated in those documents; no particular payment method or financing offer is implied by these terms.

You are responsible for approved charges and any applicable taxes disclosed on the invoice. If you dispute a charge, contact us promptly and identify the item in question so we can review it.

A disagreement does not authorize us to perform unapproved work, and we will not add services or fees that were not disclosed and accepted.

Written Terms Govern Any Service Warranty

Texas Pest Pros stands behind the work described in the service documents, but these terms do not create a warranty period or promise a particular result that has not been provided in writing. Any warranty, retreatment option, coverage period, and conditions will be stated in the estimate or service agreement for the specific job. Read those documents before approving service and contact us if the coverage is unclear.

Coverage may depend on the target pest, treatment performed, access to the area, and following preparation, safety, or follow-up instructions. A written agreement may exclude conditions outside the approved scope, new pest activity, structural changes, or circumstances that prevent the agreed work from being performed.

We will not treat an unstated duration or service as included. If you believe covered work needs attention, notify us using the contact information below and describe the issue and service date. Applicable law governs, and nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility and Limits on Claims

To the extent permitted by law, Texas Pest Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, including for liability that cannot legally be restricted.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or effects outside the approved work, except where the law provides otherwise. Please report a concern promptly so we can review the service records and circumstances.

We apply pesticides according to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, EPA registration, and approved label directions, and follow applicable Texas structural pest control rules and licensing requirements, including Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1951 and Texas Administrative Code Title 4, Chapter 7. Customers must follow product-label safety and reentry directions.

These terms do not excuse a failure to meet legal duties or authorize pesticide use contrary to label requirements. Any pesticide container disposal must follow label directions and applicable requirements.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about these terms, an estimate, or an appointment, contact Texas Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or [email protected]. You may also write to 200 N Travis St, Suite 310, Sherman, TX, USA.

Include your name, service address, and relevant appointment or invoice details so we can identify the matter. Do not email urgent safety concerns in place of following product-label instructions or contacting emergency services when needed.

We may revise these terms as our practices or legal requirements change. The version in effect when you approve a service governs that work unless a later written agreement says otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

We will communicate material updates by posting revised terms on our website or through another reasonable notice method. The revision date should be checked on the posted version.

Continuing to request new work after an update means the updated terms apply to that new work, subject to any required consent and applicable law.

Service Expert at Texas Pest Pros

I started in pest control in the Sherman area, where hot summers, heavy rain, and older wood-frame homes can bring termites, ants, and other pests close to the house. I built this company to give Texas homeowners clear inspections and treatment plans shaped by the conditions we see here, not guesswork.
